After visiting the Jungfraujoch we start the tour. It takes about an hour to the Mönchsjochhütte, where we step into the impressive area of the Ewig Schneefeld. Another hour later we heard the daily goal, the Lower Mönchsjoch. The view of the Eiger, Schreckhorn and the wild Arctic Glacier is challenging. After the summit congratulation and a little refreshment from your backpack, we walk back to the Mönchsjochhütte in about 1.5 hours. After a refreshment we march back to the Jungfraujoch and start the journey home. We are back in the valley in the early evening.
